The essential course in learning how to cook for all styles of camping, from scouts to hardcore expeditions. This course can be done in a weekend or an abbreviated one day course. You will learn how to prepare food from the basics, freezedried, dry, dehydrated, canned, and fresh to insure you can cook in any outdoor setting. We have a variety of rocket stoves and burners so we can teach you how to use them, as well as campfire cooking, to include a firestarting presentation. Additionally we will include a variety of popular menus. Our belief is that food is the centerpiece of any outdoor excursion, and should be attractive to look at, taste good, yet fulfill all of the nutritional needs of the group.
